Delicious cheese crafted in the Wet Mountain Valley made exclusively with the milk from our dairy goats.
Our herd of Saanen dairy goats is registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA). The milking does participate in the Dairy Herd Improvement Registry (DHIR) testing program. This program includes year round monitoring of milk volume, components and herd health. It is a nationally recognized system for evaluating dairy records. This testing helps us monitor the impact feed changes have on the quality of the milk, seasonal changes in fat and protein levels and helps us develop breeding plans that aim to improve the herd.
